The whole output of TCCA, SDIC and other organic chlorine has amounted to 20,000MTS per year, making great contributions to China’s environmental protection. In May 2016,Qingdao On-Billion has set up a Sino-Canadian joint venture----Chemexcel(Zhangjiakou) Fine Chemicals Co.,Ltd. that is a manufacturing enterprise of fine and specialty chemicals focusing on research and production of pharmaceutical intermediates.This company, relying on technology and service-oriented, makes the goal of providing customized intermediates to foreign pharmaceutical and pesticide companies.
